O'Callahan's Restaurant, Inc., opened for business
in 1973 with our first restaurant in Beaverton, Oregon. Since
then, we have expanded our role in the Pacific Northwest through
our hotel-based locations. Our operations cover not only room
service, dining rooms, and lounges, but also extensive in-house
and off-premises catering, including coporate functions, weddings,
business meetings, company picnics, and a wide variety of
banquet events. O'Callahan's currently operates properties
throughout Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.
